Refund Policy
How Rawatib handles trial periods, cancellations, and refund requests.
1. Trial period
Rawatib is owned and provided by Rawatib for Software and ECommerce (Rawatib), C.R Number 243952. Rawatib may provide a 30-day trial so companies can evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. During the trial, no refund is needed because no subscription payment is required unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Subscription payments
When paid subscriptions are activated, fees are generally charged for the selected billing period and plan. Customers are responsible for reviewing the plan, seat limits, and billing details before activation.
3. Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation according to the subscription process available in Rawatib or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges where applicable, but it does not automatically refund fees already paid for a current billing period.
4. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered in good faith where there is a duplicate charge, billing mistake, material service failure caused by Rawatib, or another reason Rawatib approves in writing.
Refunds are generally not provided for unused time, customer configuration errors, payroll mistakes caused by customer-entered data, bank portal rejection outside Rawatib's control, or failure to cancel before renewal.
5. Enterprise and custom agreements
Enterprise, custom, annual, discounted, or implementation-related fees may have separate refund terms in the signed order form or agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
6. How to request a refund
Refund requests should include the company name, account email, invoice or payment reference, reason for the request, and any supporting details. Rawatib will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
7. Processing method
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. Payment processing may be handled through approved payment providers when enabled. Processing times may depend on banks, card networks, or payment providers.
