Terms of Service
The terms governing access to and use of the Rawatib platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace, accessing Rawatib, or using the service on behalf of a company, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Rawatib for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.
Rawatib is owned and provided by Rawatib for Software and ECommerce (Rawatib), C.R Number 243952.
2. Service description
Rawatib provides payroll management software, including company settings, employee records, source payroll records, payroll calculations, approvals, reports, payslips, audit logs, employee portal access, and bank file preparation.
Rawatib does not hold client funds, execute salary transfers, submit files directly to banks unless a supported bank integration is expressly enabled for your account, provide legal advice, provide tax advice, or replace employer review and approval.
3. Company account and users
The first registered user becomes the company Owner. The Owner and authorized users are responsible for managing access, assigning roles, reviewing approvers, and ensuring only authorized people can view or change payroll information.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account unless caused by Rawatib's proven security failure.
4. Customer data and accuracy
The company owns and controls the payroll data it enters into Rawatib. The company is responsible for verifying payroll calculations, employee details, bank details, approval decisions, reports, and exported files before use.
Rawatib may provide calculation aids and validations, but the company remains responsible for final payroll decisions and compliance with employment, banking, tax, and regulatory requirements.
5. Payroll approval and bank submission
Payroll records should be reviewed by authorized approvers before export or bank submission. Once a payroll is marked submitted, Rawatib may lock the payroll to preserve audit integrity.
Downloading a bank file does not mean salaries were submitted or paid. The company must upload files through its bank portal and manually confirm submission status in Rawatib.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Rawatib, attempt unauthorized access, bypass permissions, upload unlawful content, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer the service, or use Rawatib to process data you are not authorized to process.
7. Subscriptions, trials, and plans
Rawatib may offer trials, subscription plans, employee seat limits, user limits, bank setup limits, and feature entitlements. Plan availability, prices, and entitlements may change with notice where required.
During a trial, access may be limited, extended, suspended, or converted to a paid subscription according to the plan terms shown in the platform.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Rawatib reliable and available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security work, third-party outages, or events outside our control.
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, provided that we make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers.
9. Confidentiality
Rawatib treats company payroll data as confidential and expects customers to treat platform credentials, exports, reports, and employee data with equal care.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rawatib is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. Rawatib is not responsible for payroll errors caused by inaccurate customer data, unauthorized customer users, bank portal issues, or customer failure to review exports before submission.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if payment is overdue, a trial expires, security risk is detected, usage violates these terms, or legal compliance requires it. Customers may stop using Rawatib subject to their subscription and data export arrangements.
12. Governing law
These terms apply to Rawatib services in Qatar. The governing law, courts, and dispute-resolution forum may be stated in the applicable order form, subscription terms, or commercial agreement.
