Pricing FAQ
How is the subscription calculated?
Your subscription is the base plan plus purchased employee seats and purchased user seats.
Do inactive employees consume seats?
No. Employee seats count active employees only. Inactive or terminated employees stay in history without consuming active employee seats.
Can I add seats mid-cycle?
Yes. New seats activate immediately. Any paid overlap is credited on the next renewal while keeping the same renewal date.
Can I remove seats?
Seat reductions are scheduled for the next renewal. Reductions cannot go below current active usage or the minimum seats.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing applies the configured annual discount to the base plan, employee seats, and user seats.
